The TICA Water-Cooled Flooded Screw Chiller (Heat Pump) – TWSF Series is engineered to provide dependable, energy-efficient chilled water and heating solutions for large commercial, institutional, and industrial facilities. It combines a high-efficiency semi-hermetic double-screw compressor, flooded evaporator, premium shell-and-tube heat exchangers, and an intelligent microcomputer control system.


Versatile System Configurations

The TWSF Series is available in three targeted configurations to meet specific project and energy source requirements:

  • Cooling-Only Chiller (FC Series): Provides efficient chilled water for central air-conditioning and industrial process cooling.

  • Water Source Heat Pump (FW Series): Uses underground water, surface water, seawater, or treated wastewater as renewable energy sources to provide cooling during summer and heating during winter.

  • Geothermal Heat Pump (FG Series): Utilizes stable ground temperatures for year-round heating and cooling, eliminating the need for conventional cooling towers and significantly lowering operating costs.

  • System Diagnostics: Offers predictive diagnostics, automatic fault detection, weekly scheduling, and multi-compressor load balancing.

  • Seamless Integration: Includes standard RS485 Modbus RTU communication for Building Automation System (BAS) central monitoring and remote control. Optional wireless communication is available for remote monitoring and alarm notifications.
