The TICA Water-Cooled Flooded Screw Chiller – TWSF-FC Series is a premium chilled water system designed to provide reliable, energy-efficient cooling for medium to large commercial and industrial facilities. Built with advanced refrigeration technology, the unit combines a high-efficiency semi-hermetic double-screw compressor, flooded shell-and-tube evaporator, premium condenser, and an intelligent control system to ensure stable operation, low energy consumption, and a long service life.

    • Single-Compressor Models: Provide capacity modulation from 25% to 100%.

    • Dual-Compressor Units: Operate from 12.5% to 100%, drastically reducing energy consumption during partial-load conditions.

  • Advanced Oil Management: Equipped with a three-stage oil separator achieving up to 99.5% oil separation efficiency, which enhances compressor reliability and extends equipment lifespan.

  • Flooded Evaporator: Utilizes enhanced copper heat transfer tubes and CFD-optimized internal flow distribution to maximize heat exchange while maintaining stable refrigerant levels.

  • Premium Condenser: Features a high-efficiency shell-and-tube design integrated with patented oil separation technology to boost cooling performance.

  • Precision Flow Control: An integrated Electronic Expansion Valve (EXV) precisely regulates refrigerant flow, allowing many models to achieve Coefficient of Performance (COP) values exceeding 6.0.

  • Patented Automatic Oil Return: Continuously returns residual oil from the evaporator back to the compressor, minimizing wear, improving heat exchanger performance, and lowering maintenance needs.

  • Eco-Friendly Design: Utilizes environmentally friendly R134a refrigerant.
