Pepsi Cola Davao City Plant

Project Description

To prevent costly breakdowns and ensure optimal cooling we implemented a comprehensive chiller maintenance program of the company.

  • Regular Inspections:
    • Visual inspections for leaks, corrosion, and abnormal noises.
    • Checks of refrigerant levels, pressure, and temperature.
    • Monitoring of electrical components for signs of wear or damage.
    • Verification of water flow and quality.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance:
    • Cleaning of condenser coils, evaporators, and filters.
    • Lubrication of moving parts.
    • Inspection and replacement of worn-out components.
    • Calibration of sensors and controls.
  • Performance Testing:
    • Load testing to assess chiller capacity and efficiency.
    • Verification of temperature control accuracy.
    • Monitoring of energy consumption.
  • Corrective Maintenance:
    • Identification and resolution of any issues or problems discovered during inspections or testing.
    • Replacement of faulty components as needed.
